Shipping Policy

At KRIZALID, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience to our customers. We invite you to carefully review our shipping policy below.

Processing and Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping methods and times

We offer several shipping methods, and delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. These times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Delivery to Switzerland
  • Free Shipping : Orders over CHF 60 qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping costs : For orders under CHF 60, the costs are as follows:
    • Economy Shipping (2 business days) :
      • Up to 2 kg = CHF 7
      • Up to 10 kg = CHF 9.70
    • Priority Shipping (1 business day) :
      • Up to 2 kg = CHF 9
      • Up to 10 kg = CHF 11
  • Delivery times :
    • Economy: 2 to 4 working days
    • Priority: 1 business day

Delivery to the rest of the world

  • Free Shipping : Orders over 200 euros qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery at CHF 29 : Orders under 200 euros are subject to a delivery charge of CHF 29.
  • Shipping costs :
    • Economy : from CHF 29
  • Delivery times :
    • Economy: 6 to 12 working days
  • Additional charges : Taxes, VAT and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Liability : KRIZALID-Papillon Sarl is not responsible for delivery delays. Delivery costs include postage, preparation and packaging costs.
  • Delivery Error : Items must be returned within 15 days in case of error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Accuracy of shipping address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs due to an incorrect address. If an error is found, contact us immediately to make corrections.

 Liability for damages

KRIZALID-Papillon Sarl declines all responsibility for damages incurred during transport. If your items are damaged or altered, you must report this directly to the carrier upon receipt.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

Withdrawal period : You have 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your items, without having to provide any justification. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return costs : Return costs are your responsibility. However, PayPal offers a return costs reimbursement service, up to CHF 32.- per return, for a maximum of 12 times per year. See the conditions on the PayPal website for more information.

Return Procedure

  1. Notification : Send an email to krizalidpapillon@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return items.
  2. Condition of items : Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with no traces of makeup. Bodysuits must be returned with their hygienic protection intact.
  3. Packaging : Return items in their original packaging, along with the labels provided.
  4. Refund : Once the items are received and inspected, we will process the refund via the payment method used when you placed your order.
